JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- # o* H. ~+ C+ [( e+ C
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical 7 Z6 @* N( h& _
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 4 j, B/ j( u3 g6 K* h4 `; S
of Course Pack production.

: E. D4 p) a! t7 sDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:0 `# I H* A0 C/ k8 M: t
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning * D, h( R) R3 a) C- ~
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
% w3 M* I8 l% V* i, i& V+ d ^- P9 d9 K
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
5 ^' h6 i, i* o% ?print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

; q' B" d2 b" s3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
# t/ V' t: f% A. u7 {9 J/ _course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

" y% y1 e0 o( m: U4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.8 C7 P2 S% U5 R9 w
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication & O7 ?; O* Q9 T$ |% i% |5 w
skills., O% Q1 z# }8 T8 ~
% _5 D5 w! {. _3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
