SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
/ `' v* g! {. [Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects - W2 c ^# [8 R# ?
of Course Pack production.( o" e( D0 q+ L% ~
& Z$ z6 v; s. @ L4 sDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- o4 Q0 G& k1 N3 S3 f1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning * n: ]' e; h' u7 N5 n
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
- y1 h. m5 V$ C; |; X: s5 u' F! `& g
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
; i+ i- Z7 Y+ w2 z# qprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3 n: x$ s9 ]/ `0 f4 E8 n3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
1 G+ ?/ e, Y3 k6 wcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and # [: W' T( X# X8 A
keeping appropriate and accurate records.( @7 ~4 I9 M8 k
' [4 X+ C. {9 F9 Z) o3 N4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
+ a$ D. j) g0 @( h5 `$ E% z& p6 ofailures to the Operations Manager., p" Q" `) a4 v% [

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,
! R% b$ E4 c$ d+ a1 l0 Q& e: xand adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.- d. l# Z2 t7 n: d V
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication ' O3 z8 W7 l' S* m0 W# ^
skills.
