JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
! D8 R% i! @0 D* |SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
4 E% X7 K: i; N. l. aSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects ) E, n0 F. X u. B
of Course Pack production./ \3 T( c8 [4 r8 {: ~+ i/ w

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* J* {% Y4 O% X" J) j1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
' z; U( t1 j3 X& s' z& P) xof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.( N$ ~+ {8 S0 h' ~
/ x# b- |3 Q% {2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
4 S; d9 f" {* k( S9 H2 `' Yprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.4 _/ X& D! o# \
/ x4 a4 ~5 R, f$ a7 l6 N) J- k- d
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
& Q$ K" X6 L) m4 J u/ o ]course packs. This includes following operational procedures and 8 K3 i$ _5 A0 t$ u# R
keeping appropriate and accurate records.7 i( f5 B- L5 Q

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment ; A6 K' \1 w0 O E2 p Q
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, / p q- R4 ~& G' H6 u$ \
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.7 V% l/ E; S* h
