JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- 7 B3 I: s% i& q t6 e8 ^; g
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical 9 N6 T0 g( k+ B( W
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects : ^5 U( F- U7 @

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
2 i2 L. n% ~5 v/ J5 W, Q2 l1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning % L; W* u/ ?8 D* g6 O9 D: K
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
7 I8 U6 ^' b& D) Z% ]' a+ X) M+ g' i2 u" ^0 x2 \+ \
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 3 x5 \" m% H) X, g/ b9 `
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.2 D9 I" r7 \* O! W, y
+ v2 T4 ^6 H" {) J( \- ?2 n) V
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of : @' }( @9 `6 ]( w7 N" V
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and 1 w+ W6 t! Z5 r( Y' c
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

and adhere to regulations as appropriate.4 f, m7 W; a. p& H

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

7) To perform other job related duties as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:% t$ S+ S' p8 ~+ _
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.$ x. R7 L4 O4 m. S5 h
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
- F7 `7 _& N* f4 m# Rskills.

5 S$ ]5 ?& m) n# ? w+ g3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.4 O# W! b F! X% z* l" j

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

5 ]# U: J3 _. j- v& v5) Ability to work in high stress environment.$ K1 S2 o) S& W8 \! u
