group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a
people-motivator, we need you to take on this challenge.

; Z7 `+ L4 N2 i8 a. I/ y1 X& NAs Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
4 G0 j8 M8 W% T* o& ?assessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
4 C! A0 g7 G' [8 I2 rgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
% G: W: @5 v5 [$ laddressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
% J  m9 {: |2 F7 d& ~& g' kprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
assisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

3 Y( E7 e5 q2 KAs a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
work within the TRA Division.

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
3 ^  M- b" Q/ }# hsupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
