Alberta Finance, Edmonton - Tax and Revenue Administration (TRA) needs a dynamic, hands-on leader to lead a
group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a
people-motivator, we need you to take on this challenge.

As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
, `$ V% _, U+ J1 U6 V; e8 U( F% Sassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
# K+ G6 }8 |: W5 W  {" |0 Sprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
$ {6 \/ f, b" q+ {! f' n/ g8 {assisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

4 v" E6 X: R9 z/ c0 ^4 v% MAs a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
work within the TRA Division.

) K8 r8 z  _- v* n! _  Q5 BQualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
1 b0 e6 V. Z2 d0 k7 Jsupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
