to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
1 E, K/ N( J/ n+ Rexperience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
( M- c8 k0 ~: i1 i  I" bcoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
# \( Y6 b' ?! Gjob evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

service orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act

Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
2 K8 K9 V* z. L/ g5 qunionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
