Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

" e' M6 ]3 S4 [) j# HBe Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
: t. P s( [2 B8 k& mwork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft
3 J2 g# c; `( U) F$ N: Iprep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.; B% m& T, P- h5 Y% ?& c
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
- e% w9 R2 `5 l: ] oartist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.& J" Q+ h: W$ C
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
1 D' G( T2 [/ h6 _9 H! vvisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the( \0 N2 T. c$ }5 h& F- o/ F& y
recyclables.2 B7 Y+ i; m) R: N( T$ J) f L
Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be' I! R1 j" B4 k+ n
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.! B5 {8 Z ^0 |& i, _+ i v
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
/ ?* N2 X6 C; h7 P8 K7 Dthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
) ~' N2 j6 ]$ |. ]. \8 h" _hours are part of this crew’s duties.+ v, h) F+ q- V/ N, |0 l
Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the
$ [ D4 Z ~2 t% k/ g# e$ o5 Bfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide, | D( i% B0 _/ Y. ]
programs to visitors to the festival.7 `# `" u1 @6 y( |
Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for* \9 N7 V; \) S% }% G
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience. B+ a8 Z, [' \1 C, K
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed6 b4 i. ^1 Z* e' p
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the

Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
0 c/ U4 J- Y) k; ~: k, f) z Q: `operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
8 z7 z7 w% V3 Y/ yare physically fit and ready for any emergency.
5 g( I8 B3 ]1 b" b. h! ?Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
7 w5 K: H6 x9 q7 w N. iand/or understanding of back stage procedures.
6 F+ z, _: [# KTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
( A5 ]$ Z) v$ w' [2 s$ Y) Srequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as6 _! F- a0 _. H3 a+ |0 p+ F7 w
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
6 w* o7 Y$ R+ F* U, R- _/ mstaff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
