Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and

prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.+ G. v5 Z5 p5 U# n; T9 e) m1 _$ P
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
: u) N% U: v3 H% Yartist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
, g) C) r# w! REnvironment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
8 b2 f, t2 s& q, F# Mvisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the' `, D% F8 z; q+ b8 V6 N G/ }, w: y
recyclables.
8 w; @5 b# t0 k( s( R8 ^Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
6 o6 }# z2 ]) g( Xpart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
3 U z5 [: l5 l ^$ X0 iHospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
5 w6 ]/ T$ R! W- s! E3 N# ^) N7 w: _them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late" V! [, c5 P( m4 a7 \2 C2 l
hours are part of this crew’s duties.% D* V" o: l7 J1 J

Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for8 M! p w: }, i! P
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.4 Y9 s1 c) L" G# E
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
0 X7 \0 O7 c4 Kevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the

. w7 n9 S% Z& m9 T% u) V/ }- o& OSite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
7 c% \* N( Z5 K: p" _) _) T; U: Voperating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you( C* L5 @- W8 V
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.* h4 ]3 V5 X) o: P
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
+ E0 }# O- O7 H, `/ Cand/or understanding of back stage procedures.; F0 e- l' N; Q1 o
Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
2 p; n) k! Z, |9 W& x$ D8 |required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as$ s, ?; t0 A3 u1 b1 v
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival5 C) Q* S: d% d* i5 `+ s5 g2 B
staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
