Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

2 w) L$ D% N( v3 ~  w2 U  eDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

- P$ V6 U* z6 U* G( d1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
8 X% z2 M: ]5 t5 q
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

5 I5 q" K: K9 P5 c3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
5 k. @& l  B1 ~4 h% V, BCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
7 j  Z- M, T  z
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

. x6 `- H" D, \+ ~$ D5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

2 {7 e) h  ?# e: m7 @% l! k7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
- N7 l& I( p* [# a/ F
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

# h8 a6 d7 M3 b5 D2 q4 y( c0 e2) Previous experience with food inventories.
$ i3 h3 z4 y9 D+ R% V) j7 I
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

! s! X. x9 q! n. h  H5) Good public and staff relations.
) ~! l# g1 d5 q+ y+ h) R
