JOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
: ^2 X8 i7 Q% A7 v' W9 S" ufulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
effective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
- R7 ^* T8 O* N! ?  DRetail in the training of part time staff

2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
% X& M! h( ?, m2 v3 s0 y' gensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements
( i& N# n/ F9 a; E/ Q" @
7 Q% O: f$ l( [; A; a3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
! x6 T2 ?1 ]1 B9 E2 }5 Q/ Nvarious shifts as per store hours

9 C. D- N- e: ~3 ^/ q7 m5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
orders for external custom order clients

7)             Provide a high level of customer service

8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to

SUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the

1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent
2 o4 }, R5 P3 Q6 U$ g
6 W+ {2 z$ E$ Z$ C% m3 I; K* c2)             Post secondary education would be an asset

3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

) D" k; o' h  o/ `" Z4)             Strong organizational skills

5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to

Shift:            Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
