Food Service Worker II - Food Services

JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
( O7 \5 X1 Y8 O' |7 a( F. b: Oassist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
, J  D2 V* D7 K1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
7 D/ a* v( Q4 c3 z0 |& L6 ~9 @1 {food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.

0 `* E7 Z" I2 i* R2 ?) R+ ^/ |( s* ]2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
) o& M9 E( w, _9 R
3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
per Capital Health standards.

4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services

5) Serve as cashier when required.

: N' z" ?: t1 V& N0 A: Y: `+ _1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
; f# }0 c- O: |/ Efood handling and storage techniques.
# e) T/ f! h$ L9 T
2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

3) Cashier experience.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

9 X$ @! E0 V1 }5 k5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

& C: c( b/ Q% u8 G- B  k* y6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
