JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
3 @) P9 ]1 Q$ U8 E3 U% jOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.
3 @  t/ E' W7 t. i" ~
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
4 G$ d0 w2 l+ d$ Y) L1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
1 m: p' i/ V8 }0 o' Larea.

' R2 t0 K5 D; ~) V2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
! z: L+ y% C6 b6 ^3 @per Capital Health standards.

4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
! M0 X. n* z( X' F% Koperating hours.

" I) F) b; u* O/ w: f  H5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
( h6 H8 g+ l7 W* j" FOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS;
3 d$ ]# N2 z1 D1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
food handling and storage techniques.

& ^) ]* ~+ C# j. {8 p' u% l2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

  s( j) x+ E( L" i/ i3) Cashier experience.
* \! u7 A7 F" `  G, A5 P
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
