the Students' Union and oversees all electoral logistics as per Bylaw

Council in the manner set out in the Council Administration Committee
; i* s/ R& y6 O7 tStanding Orders by April 15 and serve from May 1 to April 30 of the

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

n" ]- h) v! u% a3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties." y6 W- i1 x. }
6 s) t$ i' ^# }$ W) |4) To organize polls during elections/referenda, including appointing 7 J9 n3 G- o. h, F
adequate poll staff and situating polls at appropriate locations

of voting. These hours are to be posted in advance.

11) To act as the arbitrator in any dispute which may arise during

# m8 ^* ]. M1 ?, M( s12) To ensure that a cost effective and accurate ballot counting

13) To submit to Students' Council, prior to April 30, a final report

14) To organize a minimum of one (1) forum to be held during the week 7 g0 N7 i( I( f: o% N w k u

5 f9 i$ o* [4 R Y+ l2) Must have some experience in student elections.

3) Shall not concurrently hold a position on Students' Council, or 9 W5 i# J) M4 }3 |+ a
any of its standing boards, committees, or any other paid position & U3 X7 {' Q t0 a6 r5 T

& \5 l8 A* P) n/ C+ y+ {4) Willingness and ability to work varying hours.
