DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties.

4) To organize polls during elections/referenda, including appointing

5) To oversee the physical count of the ballots during elections/ & E/ u0 P T! E

To enforce budgetary regulations as stipulated in the Elections

minimum of four (4) working hours a day, between Monday to Friday,

11) To act as the arbitrator in any dispute which may arise during # n9 A+ w o. Q

of activities and recommendations.

14) To organize a minimum of one (1) forum to be held during the week

QUALIFICATIONS:+ T6 d: D% i9 a

1) Must be an undergrad student registered in at least one (1) course
* | z6 Q1 X7 S! c. m! I# g+ u7 Ffor each of the terms of Winter Session and shall be a full Students' " v4 y6 {$ e, E0 K& v9 N) |9 Z& S
Union member.

( k7 ~1 N- r! D& |7 o2) Must have some experience in student elections.

; V: ~3 Y1 o L3) Shall not concurrently hold a position on Students' Council, or
