JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
# p# U; O3 e6 K+ F/ E9 E7 rpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

0 s  ?- b' s+ r. s0 p" q% WDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
! E. R4 B5 G$ N% q1 r, y) g4 i9 L0 g1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
8 v3 U8 v6 M; h, o+ z& oand are University affiliated.

4 g. c- D% _1 W8 G& k9 k& U: B2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
! X+ F6 g1 [4 `9 h
3 Z4 \! u+ A( s+ r3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
4 ^  o" z( D0 }( _. @) mof garbage.

4 @0 g2 i+ z; S) ~8 L/ ?, Q; f4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

: R- Y6 l' {0 G& ]$ v5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
  p0 i+ a# [- parea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
# V8 J+ m" N0 ~  o& v
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
, m' W% C8 a. J- H' ]calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
