DOORPERSON (RATT)

JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

4 J$ |2 x* Y! H  Y" |DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

1 _" d' W/ O/ Z5 ?/ i( d* m2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
& h5 `- N7 b0 E  q* uof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

9 l9 z# A% A3 ~) x& V6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
. O1 o9 R9 w8 n6 F
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

# X. y* L" ]- g3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
