JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
$ T, _3 B1 c' g* g# O- m/ n! l7 I(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
4 Z! s, P- Z- l/ {2 Y" l, }policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
, ^  c/ j* R* d- O4 E1 Q# p! wand are University affiliated.

1 e; v0 s/ D  v  z8 I, M0 |2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

" o9 R3 U! k& b, X1 B( T2 O3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.
) H5 i- f, i7 @( ~. R$ N% r! `
3 m0 L8 E4 o. a: ?3 l* a) p1 A* U4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
6 t. o7 J4 }- w9 l# {3 \; nconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

: r# z8 t+ ]0 a5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

QUALIFICATIONS;
# s5 A1 `& {) D0 |1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
% ~! \) A$ y7 L9 j# ~4 H3 ~
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

0 j9 A5 f6 G0 Z+ V' s3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

1 l9 R$ C4 x  G7 c" `3 r4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
8 B: t4 W+ n) e- V* ]; s# q( U8 N# cpublic.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities
