DOORPERSON (RATT)

JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager 5 @' R- @. j; H2 U3 i
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT
, A4 B* |9 o" a) epolicies. Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
& q5 |; L5 r, N+ ]- \2 N" S1 Z1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded./ @0 A, Y& y) y# S+ C4 V- H

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free + M" B- x3 q J! l+ M; ]. A" U; M0 |

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

& R- |1 Z9 e3 I {+ I: i7 _2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety
# N% o$ J0 u( X' @, C8 [) t4 Gof patrons and/or possible negative situations. To be able to work
! G0 ~( g$ T7 n% w9 H/ U$ S, gcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.2 J4 w. K* p, |" r; P& R
1 d2 W7 ?' t! S1 C, D p: T8 C3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.
