  n& o3 s- w0 IJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
$ O  ?$ e* t1 q2 i8 ]3 ~policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
8 l' C+ i$ I8 \; B) Q/ o1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
; G  h# ~4 k) T1 h; Sand are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

3 [2 ?; @, R5 a4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

+ ~! l' @0 @7 }- c  k" n! y5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

8 R5 d, o- a' j5 V3 z0 K6 AQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
* W( N7 l! ~8 d& B3 Z  {
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
4 X6 k  D6 }* q2 H$ @  |+ L3 N0 u& Xcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
- F) [. L& b: l6 Jpublic.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
