你在国内？加拿大？
如果在国内，你需要调整下DNS设置，如果你不会，可以告诉我，我乐意帮你去查一下。
如果在加拿大，你的IE可能有些问题，关闭上网助手或者不用非IE浏览器，试验下。应该可以解决，如果IE也不行，UPDATE看看，非正版的XP就不要UPDATE了
