请教一个问题

如果搬家没有提前一个月通知原房主，会损失多少钱？有明确的相关规定吗？有人说会多扣除一个月房租， 还有人说会损失100刀。因此请教，多谢！

The landlord was actuuly very glad that we notified him 1 month early. He kept our security deposit though.

1 o0 _7 ]( {# W7 a2 Y) n A re-rental fee of $100 if the tenant terminate a month to month lease with in four (4) months of occupying  the apartment.
（termination by tenant) 一项中没有明确的关于没提前通知将如何如何的条款。
