ACTION FOR HEALTHY COMMUNITIES (AHC) is recruiting students (preferably members of a visible minority community and/or of a Disability community) for the following summer position: Community Initiatives Documenter. # i/ H e( f, [4 W. i- m- xThe CI Documenter will contact and meet leaders of 30 Community Initiatives (mini-projects) to discuss and document their progress to date, facilitate a planning process for each CI to sustain their outcomes, and create a final document analyzing CI trends, strengths, learnings and plans.

Education Background: Health Promotion, Sociology, or related Social/Human Sciences field.

Qualifications:
, C; k, t" {3 v$ r- Z1. Full-time college or university student, under 30 years of age before and after the position and not attending full-time classes while participating in their placement.

3. Good organizational and verbal and written communication skills.6 {0 `3 f5 h/ G$ f. Q
4. Team player and also able to work independently. Able to deal proactively with change and achieve goals through coordination with other people.
