POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
$ a0 V* e+ ?* w% m1 ?•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
# C7 p- f* Q: v# k" Y1 T, V•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

# f' n0 D% Z4 @REQUIREMENTS:

/ z, r" \1 ]+ F8 f  D6 u& T  Z•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
( H- g% N; i- q( e: p- r4 J•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
