POSITION SUMMARY:

3 Q) ^( ]7 k) X7 |0 L. U4 B" T% v•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
; ^9 S" w, ?1 |! {•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
4 f0 i  Q! [- h9 c' R•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.


! U3 b* Z2 G! Q  h4 n* ^REQUIREMENTS:

/ ]) K9 k- Z& J- [+ x•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
) x8 H8 R9 `1 H3 G# k2 t" W•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
2 x0 |% f6 b7 O- }8 Q3 C•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
