POSITION SUMMARY:
* }1 E) B2 g2 p( O) {5 _
6 O8 \7 M3 {5 R# K•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
* q5 B! V9 v! Z1 |: oKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
4 \# U4 ?7 \: U, V9 }•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
% {* b' N4 H, A, ~7 m% [•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
# y1 ^! q. t- p: v; B•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.


* s2 ~7 h% J6 gREQUIREMENTS:
8 C2 \# f8 F" |9 r2 X, t. Q" o
/ o! d$ N' c) r' @* ?2 Z•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
