7 [. }, g. d* t) Z9 a: v•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
" P4 r9 U8 n' ?" zKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
6 t0 z( Z0 k  K5 @•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
7 N1 M* j" ?; O0 H•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:

0 K& N3 F) F; h& m/ P•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
