/ p3 A! Z# P" }0 G1 ?' B4 E•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
( i" ?( x4 t+ O' F) ?Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
8 ~2 o" v6 r- ?/ a2 c# m' M•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
6 m1 s5 Z/ Z9 s3 W- ^* {' ^1 }& R•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

5 K$ z: s8 u, [•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
0 s, e, C- t4 e•        Excellent customer service skills.
- ^' z6 i; e% O6 N9 U4 N•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
