•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
9 H6 c4 i, \: _/ o/ _: y. X6 W•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
& D" R6 L( G  ^( j8 T) i•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
! j' {) b. k6 r$ c  y: X9 Z& n•        Maintain employee files and records.

$ ^9 e4 ^, _# t+ {  v4 e. }•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
$ v* l  R& w. A3 Q•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.

•        Strong Leadership skills.
