5 m' f" X4 i3 U. f1 q•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
% E( v1 p1 V" @1 j# g( ZDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
( _; R- p% b0 e•        Lead by example in company service standards.
3 d& p8 ]2 c+ b•        Manage store physical inventory.
, ?- s, I9 V5 F) X•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
. C% X1 G5 C$ [. c4 |9 P4 N•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
7 ]5 q3 f! h" s" d( f; C, Z•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
: r: F5 Q9 [2 G) }8 Q# r•        Excellent customer service skills.

•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
