POSITION SUMMARY:

2 n, E4 Y) G% J/ x0 T) n  j•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.

% b7 }* M( m( U0 l3 R, K•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

3 g7 @' }$ }; \$ K) n•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
! e+ B- k9 S# C. j5 `/ x% ?" C- A2 s•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
! y3 \( H. Q$ d•        Excellent customer service skills.
; t8 {6 U+ b% A9 r& @/ }. F6 }+ m•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
