Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
/ ]! L# _2 r/ `- A+ c" N! P•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
1 M$ n2 c" M7 j" q* g3 x•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
- p/ ~# {' U* f1 t  }  y! g•        Control store-operating expenses.
, B; K, Q8 a  ^2 q) \' O•        Lead by example in company service standards.

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
9 F# k* _" W# }5 E4 ]4 C1 l  L•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
# L* c1 A' r( {•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
3 ?# w! o* l9 H; p3 ]9 j•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
* P; n& E$ h. i# f! O•        Strong Leadership skills.
