•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
" v3 ?0 @' u' xDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
) C$ `. y* p& I1 @8 J) p0 W•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
; y  ?* X# ~9 R7 l/ X9 D; Q, o•        Control store-operating expenses.
0 Z; t$ E* ?: g1 E. n$ u- W& {•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.

3 v5 k' I) f( l* r3 bREQUIREMENTS:

+ x" e0 z, l' j$ C2 ]. N* M•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
) z! M& v0 s) r, W5 I•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
: L6 J9 h: v; p2 y. Q4 c" f•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
& z* ?3 }; {; N- u•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
