POSITION SUMMARY:

/ |+ R5 S! _, d2 R•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
6 V" ]* ~% X" FDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
& Y' h# Q3 w- H4 S•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
1 l( M; @* I+ t" \7 L. `) e•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
5 v! P. O1 I9 I5 z) E# [•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
0 _! O: [1 D" U+ K9 N7 Q3 x& y•        Maintain employee files and records.
' W% L6 S$ p- G, O, v•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

0 G& K. k) i; x) J( o* k' R% O2 HREQUIREMENTS:
+ F7 a$ y$ s* ]; ?
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
2 \. f: V% o- S  ^•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
) V* r! G% H$ }6 a" C) _- m•        Excellent customer service skills.
* I, H; S, K5 q3 ~! |* L$ z! J  g0 U•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
