POSITION SUMMARY:

/ |6 K9 y2 ^" W. T+ I" w•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.

: M6 c" |7 N: J: I4 d% f4 o2 CREQUIREMENTS:

- F( z# |- w8 e/ V•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
' }4 a/ s# t. K4 V3 L; f: h' V•        Excellent customer service skills.
& s- x& v7 o  Q3 m2 ^/ r•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
  f6 Z" P1 h- L/ M% i' H+ w: P•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
