5 w- R# }0 }: c+ J4 dDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.) [: o) j8 |) q9 e
• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
- ?" R; d7 a- @. _1 O# q• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
U2 a4 \( Z9 c" @4 w• Control store-operating expenses.
. E2 y: Q" Q$ V• Lead by example in company service standards.

• University or College diploma in Business an asset.
4 s& S l* L& v: [' M6 i% z( c• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
( Y! s) d, D* i% z3 K• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
5 M+ ? x; I/ C; q; f1 c L! I• Excellent customer service skills.. h( t) G9 l# h* u: K3 o: ]9 N
• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
