Just like your name, mobile home does not have a land (or lot). Your house is located on a rented land. So you need 5 x8 g2 a5 ^/ M. `/ Y3 {to pay the land rent every month. The owner of the lank can increase the land without the limit. Once he raise the ; m/ D' v/ L8 L2 rrent to a price that you don't satisfy, you have to move to other land. That will be a big pain to you.
