Just like your name, mobile home does not have a land (or lot). Your house is located on a rented land. So you need # g- r: F( j& z" tto pay the land rent every month. The owner of the lank can increase the land without the limit. Once he raise the & |4 y$ a) Q9 u$ b* qrent to a price that you don't satisfy, you have to move to other land. That will be a big pain to you.
