Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
Location: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required

Canadian post-secondary credential

Key Responsibilities
Investigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
& Y2 s+ P6 V! [/ \3 C3 P, P6 [Manage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
: N; ~$ a$ I. G. c6 tIssue notices to tenants
) I2 B' B: j$ [2 }# ?Communicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
Monitor repair status and property condition
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
