Chej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.

Role Details
( @6 b$ g1 s, i9 Z3 THours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible

Vehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided

Investigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
5 a3 l6 o# l1 ^! sManage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work9 X( [' \! d6 ]; O! L' [5 K
Issue notices to tenants
4 S2 g7 I$ q6 ^& m" UCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
