/ Y8 U$ ?( C: ~+ c27.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 3 p.m. until 8:30  
p.m., Monday through Friday

/ e' ?$ t9 z) x5 g17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00  
p.m., Monday through Friday
JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
$ i+ {2 H, x+ i: H% sOperations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.
) W+ C0 y9 ~* D, d: D$ x. f- y
% m& k- q2 o4 S$ H2 x- j  [2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
' V3 S: \' w0 d8 H3 S" s4 X  ]
3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

8 }0 B/ N9 C, t& t4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

8 b7 ^1 b8 ^$ p: g0 y5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

7 U: r5 [7 ]8 s6) Perform monthly food inventory.
9 t6 w5 n/ p  V+ G5 e
+ \8 u8 F+ L4 E7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
* ^; T1 P) m+ b! y1 M4 dshifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

: ~5 s! Q. v* E% P( v1 ]3 v8 x( u4 SQUALIFICATIONS;
3 @7 m  g2 t8 V/ @2 k! d6 ^: ?1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

# X% m: {9 v7 t$ ?! n+ {! Z6 \3) Cashier experience.
9 Y$ O$ i2 |! o7 h4 I4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

* W8 o* H$ X2 j5) Very good public and staff relations.
5 \' @+ P( `( I" p- H4 Y4 ]+ `
6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

February 14/97/Union Position

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
