procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service, 6 z R0 `2 R# S4 s% s6 t" ?
cleanliness and order in the bar.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
: j; l! ~1 @" C) j: W1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and
: a y1 }2 |1 h; g, V6 n0 O1 ubeverage items.

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the 5 g9 x6 m& U- y
bar and debit floats.5 p! q. |! H0 ?& b: G# E- Z

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of 7 t. c# E& p. c' E/ @; s7 D
each shift, and upon closing.& J: J6 W0 l1 G& s- b) F

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular

seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in * V. H$ P$ M- R
storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol
8 b" s9 f8 H" N' w$ u5 H7 iproducts, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.6 k; q3 @1 Z! K6 ]
# e- [7 _) p0 O3 e) U: r: H7 H2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume

accordance with Students' Union policy.

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.
