Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the

cleanliness and order in the bar.

E0 j! S, U8 P+ W& v, K1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and

; D( ^- n4 w/ Z$ k/ U; {% e2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the
+ _1 v* K% o1 b- j/ A0 x+ |' U* fbar and debit floats.

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of 6 b# s. s3 L/ o- W, {& c; P
each shift, and upon closing.

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
/ P5 W l4 c- t0 t/ T/ Hattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and , h& l/ P1 l3 Z+ J Z( m+ E
seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in 8 V) c2 r Z: Y: |+ `! B
storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol " K# a' c! ]! `/ z6 `
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.5 Z6 {4 r" @) B

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close

high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in / o ]) O' v/ d2 M9 I% C

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.# U1 E2 Q* q# W! _5 g; A9 M% n- \

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume
0 ~0 T2 H) J# ^. aoperation.7 R0 Y A. Z+ b& N4 ?

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in . c+ K5 C% |0 d- l

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.
