JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the
* }& P M; z+ SOperations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the

n0 }4 H- I' C) ~cleanliness and order in the bar.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

! C( ?' A7 ?+ y2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the ! I4 }- H3 P) l: U
bar and debit floats., H E: S$ I7 |
* {: ]4 H \6 q. _ W3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of ! H* v0 J' W( \" c9 y9 i% I
each shift, and upon closing.

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular . F: Y1 o. e& _/ F
attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and

7 d/ P! g$ _& e6 W( Y# h" d5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
: i/ n1 ^- c. Q- _storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol 6 T' l4 v+ R& y6 e
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume
