Bartender and Operations Manager, the Server is responsible for

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
0 b2 s: p# k# Z- U) J- V1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage ; x. }% |! n+ h( V+ u, r
orders.

9 b3 V B* ^2 u8 c+ E2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a
9 _; \0 t" s% \% }high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in
( c) d$ |' H- faccordance with Students' Union policies.+ I# Q3 D8 u4 p9 l2 h
2 C2 V" M9 {0 [- L8 F2 |% o3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the
9 F9 A/ ]# A( i: X7 ~# x( gtotal cash-out value of items sold on each shift.) k2 K+ Z4 M( q

4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness, $ P/ E& q2 p+ N3 f
including regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal

5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate 4 g& L0 P8 u! N8 q
action when necessary in accordance with established Server

QUALIFICATIONS;
