Bartender and Operations Manager, the Server is responsible for

2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a

3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the " i9 ~# p; }. ] K, D& U ^9 Z

4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness, * _( f1 t4 h9 Y) B; O0 p6 q1 u5 |
including regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal

5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate

2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based
