JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

customer service and room cleanliness.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

3 F% G1 |' A6 X% D& g/ ^$ v* P0 Q2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a
' _8 {1 r9 \( r$ [, l* M+ ohigh level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in / p( N7 g9 H) g7 ]' j
accordance with Students' Union policies.

& b* y, B) y# T4 h3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the % C( [9 f Y3 a4 n
total cash-out value of items sold on each shift.

4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness, , N& Z9 O# a! w3 d: B1 s- {- a
including regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal * g+ _( r- {+ R3 U: K* k
and ensuring floor surface cleanliness.; h' c7 j( s, I" f# M

5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate . K7 H. ^" E D! O z# \3 V( B
action when necessary in accordance with established Server

QUALIFICATIONS;5 V# Q/ \. G9 l) D- C6 W* H1 s
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based
* I4 Z/ f) n* ]' _operation.3 u. w1 _ N# k+ E: y9 b: O

policy.

4) Experience operating an Interac terminal and processing charge 0 D i0 j* W, i+ w6 G# l& w
card transactions.
