We are hiring a field service associate (Property Management Assistance). 1 yr driving experience is required.

Job type: Full-time, 30 - 40 hours per week. Parttime is also acceptable.

1. Able to communicate fluently in English
* p9 y$ A- O/ E8 i. p" r2. Able to carry 50lb occassionally
& |( D! E8 ?# }3. Have education in any recognized high school, college, university or other qualified institutions
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
9 W  D3 ]+ o+ s( M: b5 ^5. Has class 5 drivers license and at least 1 yr driving experience
6. Working experience is not required but preferred.

1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues.
* d4 ~9 |+ R& P' y3 x/ [5 b2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
5 s6 ], o5 D2 H  F. k9 `6 z# ]/ a3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
7 p4 Y" r+ t+ U& `4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
  K( M5 P5 e1 m7 j) G1 X5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
4 R" L5 N/ K; @3 x6. Willing to learn and perform simple repairs and cleaning.
