1. Able to communicate fluently in English
# F' m+ |+ a# |' F' s9 \8 t Z2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
& p# e: A# z: f; S9 _3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions5 p" h- D! M% n. Y% b
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails! q: S& I% Z9 ^) q% x2 x
5. Has class 5 drivers license
) R- o' B+ [9 f6. At least 1-year work experience in any field6 d: I% p8 }$ t% u: ~; s
. X3 u+ i" T' @) O2 S( h+ D4 k
Job Duties:
0 D: \& w! ^- n& J1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools" J. N) x( d# E+ D2 ~" \
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks* k9 R* V! I q6 S7 |9 ~$ |! a
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
/ F& C+ F, F0 k, L5 x# h- ^4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices4 d( F5 c( c9 U9 m5 q$ c
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs, ^1 j3 o( y9 f8 w
6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company- d! [. i8 E* B C4 [3 `
