2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance

4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
, y$ g! c# R4 Y. l8 }5. Has class 5 drivers license

2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
3 I$ _+ I/ K c* M# p! L3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties1 |9 T3 V; u) O3 [% `( l
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
