1. Able to communicate fluently in English
$ z- P: l9 Y, I1 o2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
1 B! }! w3 t( d1 A4 Q0 K$ T3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
D+ ^/ }0 o& L) @) I5 d4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails/ K3 U7 C5 L; R
5. Has class 5 drivers license
2 X; e- N& X4 w& [3 i6. At least 1-year work experience in any field
* K" q+ [6 ], J A& E5 O: Q+ b+ \, n/ `0 u
Job Duties:
/ _& Q; W; [7 P; P9 [* D1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
, O% W- m1 C& T" d2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
" L# T! A$ z$ c, k1 |/ a& C2 S3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
- c- S: z2 Q* z6 h/ N) F4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices( o2 ?7 T: L2 G. o$ F$ j0 R
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
