5. Has class 5 drivers license$ z3 E- F# C( w6 V' E; r4 P5 w a
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field" L" ^: w* ]9 |4 `

Job Duties:
7 m+ C7 R5 m4 p7 }) E. d6 d a1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools) l4 d0 V( k n* {: |! n h
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks# V F1 G5 e, ` W" }# U7 L
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties* O1 c, [9 q6 L; e' [' @" ]* t
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
# g+ v9 j. q' V% K' B5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
