As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Preferred
7 t2 r+ j# Q7 X, V& x% X- a4 Y" KAny experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Preparation of thorough monthly reports.

Financial
- U/ R" k0 O: G( w0 E8 u: g+ m4 QReview and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.6 C' O* G# e2 L7 c9 f! T
Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.
' Y2 X6 |+ G* z2 L2 G8 JCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
, f, m- y5 j. a3 ?. A% {Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

`( {7 b- g4 O( S' H! T/ EPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

8 P7 J5 W$ G" W' S9 HEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
) T3 p+ K" C% A# f! ZSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
' G5 m: Q/ t9 K/ e: FConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
