Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
! k& H' F. Q+ k' EMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.7 b& m( ^5 f" F

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.- y' G, V/ ?( u$ O7 u

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.6 r& Z a( ]; e0 I& C
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.6 L* {$ i8 S" ]5 f4 h& z" L6 r4 D
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.$ M( Y* B2 o& Z) Q

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
