Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
( O4 v: ], z9 i h# w: PEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
