As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy., \1 v F6 C5 O! d( P5 q" ]1 _
Maintenance

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.. L2 w& o9 E1 s7 S, a- M7 B
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.4 T' {& F) m( V5 o
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.( h6 ^, `( B$ W, ~( ^' N5 b
