The IWS Report Developer will work directly with ADIS and clients within$ t7 F2 D+ D! s6 Z4 s0 C B
External Relations portfolio to provide reporting services. The IWS
" g+ Z% J$ a" Q6 U0 h- O) @Report Developer will program ad hoc and standard reports along with0 l h( W8 d5 x& `0 M8 V# b2 d( C
required stored procedures necessary to support reporting functions" @* q- o @5 ^/ t
within ADIS. The incumbent advises and assists in all stages of report8 A8 s4 W' Q* L- i! T; q
design including, analysis, delivery and maintenance. The incumbent will' o$ l2 U# w/ v* b* g
provide technical solutions to information challenges within Advancement& A- u& s& P" {
Services at the University of Alberta.5 @% F4 |4 B `9 i" M6 t
6 M H! w% A; D, `% eQualifications include experience working with an enterprise level
$ Y, H3 E e8 xrelational database, ability to translate end-user functional needs into
/ r8 W8 Z8 C1 X" Tclear and concise technical specifications, excellent SQL language( s3 @5 T7 m3 V/ F0 }" z2 u* U6 z* q
skills including PL/SQL, experience in an oracle environment using
! a/ ^5 X! t# a- ^6 Woracle software including reports and forms, knowledge of MS Office
