This position is for 10 weeks total.

As an urban geography research assistant, you will be working on a
: L" X7 s5 ~6 `0 g+ G+ p7 |, [ ^funded project to examine changes in access to healthy food in Edmonton; i- @9 p: ?5 w* ~ R
between 1970 and present. Duties include searching electronic databases,3 r% u, Q8 F0 f! n8 o$ G! [
undertaking land title searches, manipulating databases and spreadsheets
' d- ~; o( b3 z4 x2 n6 r5 vand GIS analysis and mapping./ W+ [) @# E4 y4 t
4 k( M3 j; s+ Y5 K# M& z: ^, d
Qualifications include an interest in urban geography, secondary
* _$ f) Y/ I- U/ c' xliterature search proficiency, general research experience and GIS
7 A' k! P# j& a ]( Qskills. " u7 v) j9 i9 F/ E
! z/ f; O4 p: G: k0 n6 h6 ]9 E
