The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
2 U/ K( ]% K* D7 _! r9 JStudent Intern.

7 l5 U- e0 A5 H& n$ M' g1 S
Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
* n' m5 e; {5 ?6 e- e5 `) v
Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
7 e% L' l4 t. Y5 e* ]answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
( L+ t% V" r6 l% k, [. kmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

  ^+ {- ^, K, n( B+ K+ O6 tQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
1 v+ J9 `/ o1 W& J) G0 O5 kpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
9 F& p1 Z! [! N, i4 {' tskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
+ p3 `. u$ |% U% c+ rproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
