The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
# g: X" D8 N5 x5 c5 D6 b7 FStudent Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
) ^& x' R+ h+ zmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
0 O1 S: }$ }. J5 Aadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
% Q4 x8 Z, `% P% T0 paddresses and general office duties.

! l) b  w5 \% o. KQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
% }+ E% j4 h# X5 [9 A  q, xpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
9 {" ?) |* v! G% T& R& m# qskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
