; j7 e- L5 ^# ?Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
# w$ q6 Y7 B1 \1 A' N  ?
# I8 I- b7 o/ T9 wDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
# N. W% R, `, _admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
% S3 t) Q1 m" E' U7 S3 |addresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
) u* Z6 B3 C* j9 x. \( L! k: |skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
1 f' \2 |/ p4 B6 T( a* t5 zdirections.
