The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

/ e) Z8 r) {+ B( c5 w! VSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

# ~% Z( ?7 i$ J5 o- WDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
) W6 c! ?6 E& \0 m& J- u; eanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
7 X% b( ]( v/ h- `9 M+ p: r* ^maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
+ s  E# E/ G$ C# U9 y$ aadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
' N$ g4 Y. I! c* u' G2 b/ W. Opeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
6 K8 `* E# q6 fskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
- _) b7 v% t' L7 w& x- |5 |% i3 Y) lproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
