maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of5 M/ {$ s/ n: F$ `
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international9 B4 Y+ m" W4 o2 ?2 l) B
addresses and general office duties.! g# b& c z* x

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
7 x/ L2 F. {* R# cpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
2 c. X3 J: w# o* K+ U. e( Z+ [skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
" h( x* j7 j; _# J# G: Aproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
( E- I) L' s* v% p: v# y5 p* uan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow- O1 T3 L% L/ k9 @" }/ Z& ?
directions.
