/ a; ~+ l$ P6 U/ R$ v" |6 v- PSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
, B- [7 o! A" |$ R( W) r4 qanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
/ n/ y7 G4 K/ o: s- bmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
; k: o) i5 C& N* ?addresses and general office duties.

5 C7 r7 F) H7 m; ?1 sQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
) s) d! x8 r& F1 mskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
2 G* }: T3 U7 _' ~9 X4 c6 h- Cproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
8 P0 c; ?* R$ Y8 fan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
; n4 b# e! T& p& I9 mdirections.
