- 35 per week during the busy period. There may be an opportunity for

CIBS to secure and schedule various program requirements (off-campus

etc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for1 H0 j/ _8 F5 o( }& S3 u$ W, @6 J
participants, assisting to orient participants to the University and
3 p' L% S0 h9 A% H, Stheir program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during. e* | L$ w; w6 V" C2 N! Q
their program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions," r8 G! x) m0 k3 D9 L2 [4 ]
assisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking+ R2 M6 ]% p$ g1 D3 j
venue at end of session; traveling as guide with groups on in-city o5 ?2 p+ t4 b! S
outings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city! \5 s6 [' k2 J* ?
excursions (does not involve driving or overnight week night4 p& D1 n9 u; Y# Y! N
excursions); interpreting (non-technical exchanges) at meetings or

" i: q# k2 ^" m" ?0 X* o- |" }Commerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate
6 I h, U% D* g, E( [. n/ efluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,: `8 A+ J' e# q
demonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake
; ^7 G4 M# _% M3 ] ^% G! [a variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those. c Q' X s3 X* B3 [1 W. l6 Z( C
of co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management; z) f( H5 m% I, w+ Y
skills; accuracy to detail; working knowledge of MS applications (Word,
