Hours per week will be 20 - 30 - 20 during the first few weeks, then 307 w% H% q% Y# H, R. B3 j$ v4 V

Duties include: preparing for programs by working with current staff at! i" y* M/ l% Q9 k: M# B+ h
CIBS to secure and schedule various program requirements (off-campus

% t V' R6 U- H3 Y$ ]: Retc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for
! P% [) _+ V. ~# jparticipants, assisting to orient participants to the University and; l0 N( v; O% E3 u/ V
their program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during
/ I0 ]4 t% g. y3 j& H# @6 Dtheir program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,
! U- m' ^4 r5 E+ `; q% Yassisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking7 [7 ~9 @7 s( x0 P+ Y
venue at end of session; traveling as guide with groups on in-city! d6 h- y3 f4 |# c
outings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city( i% G% ~% U% z- t z
excursions (does not involve driving or overnight week night5 q* ?6 ^& _$ v& \( a' y! o
excursions); interpreting (non-technical exchanges) at meetings or

Qualifications include: senior undergrad student; coursework in
5 W$ y, u2 c) K0 P5 fCommerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate; }* W5 ^# s3 _9 ~4 x7 @
fluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,/ o- Q/ d9 R4 |% J2 W5 X1 a
demonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake7 t9 j( c$ ?% u
a variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those9 C9 h# f. q! }8 @1 y2 O9 x* R0 x
of co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management
! A9 [6 T6 ?9 X5 c: R7 I7 Askills; accuracy to detail; working knowledge of MS applications (Word,
