Hours per week will be 20 - 30 - 20 during the first few weeks, then 30

venues, tour agents, goods and services, program materials and supplies,
7 m! ~+ v4 B$ P: r! I detc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for
" x7 j) ^: }6 C; h2 |' r# P- E8 O* Zparticipants, assisting to orient participants to the University and
; \8 R6 t/ P, B" l1 x9 T( P' rtheir program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during
8 Y4 b$ x: q% S+ r. e' w# T. Atheir program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,
1 ]6 m/ g h( M8 Hassisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking

outings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city; X1 R- r; h! v: e9 a6 D
excursions (does not involve driving or overnight week night

presentations, program binders, evaluation forms, etc.

) A! G$ o9 W- nCommerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate
% H. O6 U t! h: g) sfluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,
! b% x* P0 c/ d* a* ?demonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake* R! \! S( T1 v9 K
a variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those
& j( x, [" R5 y) p& o6 G' nof co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management
% ~) y& I$ H% }3 @skills; accuracy to detail; working knowledge of MS applications (Word,
