Job type: Full-time Permanent
Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

: e4 q3 a7 {1 ]5 b  b, ], A( GKey Responsibilities:

6 D- ]8 i, O% c: |) y( W" w) {# A-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
- j, F3 m' l5 A/ R9 P. R* j-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
: X5 @6 x3 S4 U5 P# l- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
- {3 u' p4 N: {1 z-Providing general clerical support to the office.
8 L1 D) Y6 P9 y: d5 B& ^$ c-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

Education and Qualifications:

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
9 t, S% Z. E9 D- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
