Key Responsibilities:
8 q. k: w0 @5 `, T- B: U7 K
-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
) B6 I" S! g" x  ]% z' V7 o-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
! a7 ~, X3 z9 s! \-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
3 [) Z7 ~8 `5 Z1 Q* c, x-Providing general clerical support to the office.
) ?) r- n& f/ R) {% H2 q4 i-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

% c3 t* @( B$ p) k8 e9 a-Customer service concepts.
-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.

Education and Qualifications:
' M( G7 }; d3 t& K: C  P
4 l3 e1 d- s7 s- \- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
+ G) ^+ m& W0 d4 I2 o. p/ S* A- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
6 ]/ y8 B( B) c" u$ t' m1 y- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
