Job type: Full-time Permanent
+ B4 p1 k% ]4 r: q9 k9 m' k3 SShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:
0 D0 [6 k3 T& C
-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
7 H- {8 b; `/ W' ?5 `-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
. `) z9 s- E- L# e-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
