CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Pay: $20-$23
1 i9 F8 g8 m0 RJob type: Full-time Permanent
Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

+ O% u/ U: m; K  h  d0 JKey Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
+ K/ W/ c( z" k$ F-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

/ }5 Y# U- K+ A& ?& w
. w/ }7 L+ a2 i4 `6 u-Customer service concepts.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple demands.
- Excellent teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work well independently.
- Demonstrate a high level of work ethic.

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
% \' U' a" @& D( d- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
