) |: ]4 {0 `1 aThe Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

K# T j% [. m( i5 A) f# UMust be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials' e4 K. d) h0 A* o0 X0 P, \. D. x( I* Q! d
Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials
" m5 E+ g6 W* P0 xLoads and unloads non-ferrous material
( L% A% Z1 Y S# ZMust be able to work safely at all times
% ]4 ^' y- y8 y9 @' A5 P9 V. lBe able to effectively perform tasks independently

Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization) x% {% `' o" S4 J% }! s/ g. d
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
