We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who is looking to make a career change. The Motel Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the property, including guest service, reservations, reservations, billing, and other financial and operational responsibilities.

Requirements:

Manage Front Office operations, and oversee operations of the Motel

Results oriented with the ability to be flexible

Knowledge of Microsoft excel/ word
% w: [: [3 B4 S2 vConduct DAILY room inspections for cleanliness and maintenance
English communication skills
9 T$ b; Q$ X2 n, _+ P2 J% J/ N4 ~General know how of plumbing, electric, heating.
; ?4 }& Q1 [7 B' }1 G/ OActs as a representative for the Hotel with our key business partners, developing new partnerships and maintaining relationships for best business outcomes and community relations
# h. {- I# ~+ V+ d0 H- h6 a" GAbility to work under high pressure and meet deadlines
3 q2 [1 O' T5 d5 qCriminal background checks and reference list are required.

Salary: $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per month
