Viewing Arrangements: Scheduling and conducting property viewings with interested prospective tenants.# M% j) o5 n7 |+ s& D

Exceptional communication skill is required. Ability to speak multiple languages would be considered as an asset.& W4 B+ T3 N2 K3 _; ^8 b( i  B" {7 e! Z

  f3 V: F. G/ P# C/ x3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a client – facing, customer service - focused environment.

Experience working in the residential property management industry.

Ability to work and act independently, using good judgment when assessing difficult situations and apply problem solving skills.
