A few minutes ago, the Consulate General of P. R.
China in New York called CSSAP mentioning the possible
negative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting
/ {+ V( k) T- z6 ?tragedy on Asian students, which include Chinese
students. Although the gunman has been currently
identified as a student originally from South Korea ,
it is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
0 u- X% ^% p/ N3 G% x# Zsafety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
1 ^" _8 Y  R; x* G: r/ ]5 vthe shooter is Chinese should be stopped。
