) ~6 u6 F4 h5 B+ n        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
- i% t3 }' H  ~. z3 j" u# l         Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and managers.
' F1 B, N& ~( S' G6 V$ T         Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
        Generate reports.
( ]3 c, w! `+ e; m8 b2 I% A( L% E         Provide friendly and professional services.
  \. q- ~: K+ E% M) d0 {, P9 K         Update customer information.
: X6 R" k$ K, [: n         Filling paperwork and document.
' Y6 J! O+ A2 R6 q8 G         Monitor and order office supplies.
        Container information update
% h# ?6 N0 Z6 D/ i% f         Keep the office clean and organized.

Qualifications
2 d, x1 t: y) J' e5 V         Strong verbal and written English.
3 o+ s6 O" B, z         Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
