种种迹象表明, 今年edmonton的房子在复制去年同期走式. 唯一的区别是去年同期美国的房子还在泡泡中, 到五月后才有破灭迹象.

Very informative, good post. thanks for sharing.
It's only better if they discuss the realestate market by region/province within Canada.
But we can still tell that the speculation is much less in Canada than it is in US.
