+ v/ ?; ~) ?1 G) F) L+ Z5 n4 F4 LBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
- D. o9 w/ a6 N- @Duties and Responsibilities:
, t0 P$ y" p% j" ^* k/ D* `" B! y$ J# C1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
$ N: @' n! j8 d8 S+ F2 `; I2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
+ [. F/ p  _' p4. Calibration of Equipment
, W) n5 A; c5 w! c5 V' l5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
; }' I- a! H$ }/ z" ]0 LSkills and specifications:
! v2 R- C0 f4 G. j3 N7 e1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
% ?- K+ [" L8 |* f( V* `. U; r2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
3 i8 z% K& \% w4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
