MadeFresh Foods Inc. is a fresh food manufacturer providing high-quality ready-to-eat food to your local grocery store.   MadeFresh Foods Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a part time position in Edmonton, AB.
Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

# p" `2 y) s" F1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
" \! a+ n5 w( @# v. k% a6 |2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
* q8 u+ `5 j0 @) u" ~6 E  K3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4 b4 R# _8 \+ O8 x4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
* q% l0 Y- A3 L* E& Y4 {6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
" Y" W+ J  g1 S3 Z( m+ M# iSkills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
