Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

! k% d& @! g( }1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
1 q2 g! y3 {, e1 u( A3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5 v1 U- K% C9 V: `" q! Q6 V5 a: D5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
7 y+ L7 n( t4 M% CSkills and specifications:
; P* \1 }( Q, l% b1 ~+ I: [6 t+ _1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
) m5 w, s5 R" q9 O2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
