MadeFresh Foods Inc. is a fresh food manufacturer providing high-quality ready-to-eat food to your local grocery store.   MadeFresh Foods Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a part time position in Edmonton, AB.
- _1 N, x* @& S# yBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
3 R) r2 w3 j! yDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
0 C' h6 F5 I! T' q* `: O3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
# w& z' o2 x/ y/ t4 V; T9 n0 [4. Calibration of Equipment
8 G% U4 o) b: r4 W% _5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
7 A  Y$ C. }' `! X% {6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
* h- @- b% t9 g2 @) _. A7 V3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
) k" y) W0 j2 u) u/ d4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
