Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports7 a+ }$ ~# T9 W" N
Develop and maintain a filing system$ e+ |% i7 a+ C2 ^
Update and maintain office policies and procedures: Q- q6 v% S2 u
Submit and reconcile expense reports
' {$ T) E, }5 wAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients
# ]6 c* x4 l& J5 m, g. h, KLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy" K# Q3 q7 K4 m2 i4 c. E6 q) F; i$ _
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
