Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system

Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers6 u! e. D4 ^$ G+ }
任职要求

. }- E) E1 D' A( ]Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy* w, b. n$ P1 L; e
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs" L4 ?& Z& ?" ^8 f/ q4 _+ g. }0 _
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail6 x1 ` `: I, q" n
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus$ f L0 Y0 E2 }
