Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures, }$ G8 f, Z& B/ X, t
Submit and reconcile expense reports! M5 q" Z m. m$ y" o
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
9 C8 o" P: w, ELiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
