: i4 \# j9 t, p' m* W7 o  KŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
- i* v4 C' T" G7 v( p7 NŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
. A1 Y. P7 K. m7 TŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

3 B5 M) o  ?/ [- l" r  DŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
% ?$ F- o. T4 P- |Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
* U6 t+ G- O) r: lŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
: E5 B; R. g% \6 M; V6 x: r2 qŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
% q$ h" w6 R& l# X& |: ~Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
1 g' n+ x" I& {" TŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
9 C8 b" _1 k, W' MŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
