$ `6 A$ K3 G5 M5 L, OŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
% q( U0 E, ^) M+ @+ b) JŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
" X$ Q1 m- S" ]( w( sŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
! N  G% M5 V* M. X3 n" |Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
; ]# L. l& c. a, o& ^: SŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
+ b. P/ e* t4 z. D$ J+ ^Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
9 f& R  g3 v1 G7 ]6 `Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
& i9 w; F1 b- s7 ^" q- K+ IŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
+ W4 E. Q1 n1 V5 h8 S. _) KŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
& A7 V+ K4 Q* y: v3 t% S; c# t# ?9 bŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
# u3 ^: J+ u! a7 S1 qŸ   WHMIS
6 g6 I: d% l) _. eŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
" L$ o. c& i. G% A; W2 L  z7 iŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
" q# _1 l3 V( |' L) E+ I# HŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
8 ~4 _1 ?% Z0 d' V6 d+ TŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
