Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
1 c# Q/ D7 R% I3 a! rŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
( E, D% {! X  Q. O7 r& F1 T8 A, CŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

4 o0 E+ M3 I' _$ {; w. SŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
7 }5 q& l0 d: A4 M5 m* rŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
% R4 i& H- j# ^1 qŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
; c) ^# ?1 o6 lŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
! C, J3 ?$ P+ p- u( ?5 a/ X% |  \Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

3 K+ l& h8 J! ZŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
+ h( y+ E* I- k* dŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
8 P3 E, ^4 g! q5 w- UŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
