工作职责
9 n/ ]: c* v* @Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
6 k& y9 O) F6 S$ v% f3 V$ }Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
' L. c# e* w9 kŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
/ t1 I4 x9 \0 {& ~7 M2 y; l7 QŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

. v5 R, Q6 G( p* a- cŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
; Z% c6 ^4 M0 [5 ?) c) _Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
/ ~2 v2 i( Y0 |. V0 e+ G2 [& i$ YŸ   Valid driver’s license
1 g" ~5 E" L' `. t3 H% s/ h* `& }% l% Y' OŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
. h, p& X( M0 V1 ^5 |: ZŸ   Computer experience required.
5 x8 \, T3 `: z) {Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
