工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
; ~! O! O% ~! i) qŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
# h- [0 k$ N" R6 O3 S4 p& v0 E; Y6 yŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
1 z' H; S+ z& ]" ]Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
, O& r" Q5 L0 m' U4 }Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
, Q9 o% X. j$ @4 ^3 }/ @6 f3 AŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
2 Q: \8 B6 L5 n: F) \; Q3 sŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
  z) b3 p/ B! n- b/ P8 g+ \" H' LŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
3 K' k) e& x1 k" DŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
6 E2 C$ ^3 E# _1 d- N5 cŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
7 T) y! T9 ^* C  DExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
