工作职责
" Z" `) Z' u8 w( mŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
4 H, V2 [1 L- T% K( k& P- xŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
. Q3 a, G* f5 P: |. J# e: PŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
) T$ F0 A9 H8 @5 M/ ZŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
* e% ?0 }: J# w7 x+ ~! w) G# cŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
) d! V% ^3 d1 t! `, x! E: \Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
2 `! M' B7 d. E( NŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
- P! ^* C8 m1 ^( B1 T) h1 C; {0 NŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
# R+ S2 d; G( j$ r; q; ?Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
$ ?2 J" V, T5 UŸ   Computer experience required.
* t# R. n) q; s5 Z, j) r8 @Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
