Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
9 n( Y* a# b& j3 [  K( w' S$ EŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
1 M$ X' H# N+ IŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
: A5 M" g: l2 Y& o8 c7 MŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
6 U. b( N9 d0 x# g3 ]# o- \Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
( {% n2 Z2 B! d$ UŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
: A& N& u1 w9 e' J- ]Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
% V5 ~2 [, D5 V& l% Q! v2 J  tŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
3 L7 W0 R0 a% pŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
+ X; X2 k, |! s: E6 oŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
