2 c5 c8 Z$ }, ZŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
0 S) P7 G6 j6 R; ?. _; AŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

' P3 ]  S: v+ e! {  PŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
" ?2 R: R' z: U3 n1 NŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
1 |: Z% x8 X; n% MŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
$ i7 x# j9 v2 R* \$ EŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
' g- S8 F7 k: n0 U9 j4 p# @Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
7 d" y5 i4 G. `. z: {6 X2 c0 M6 ^5 CŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
7 w- G- z0 S3 V- aŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

* K* [: F3 z& ?2 `! T0 ?# I6 h; BŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
- |% ~% Q" m, S1 {Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
9 M+ c% {4 v/ J; t2 ]Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
( V" K; m9 v7 H8 N6 t8 z5 BŸ   Computer experience required.
/ U- G* d: V; @$ v1 y9 Y/ V9 eExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
