-Job Description
. x5 b4 F" e( U' B. FThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
8 L9 m7 W, U; }* r$ I-Job Responsibilities:
Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
6 n; \& c5 g: a. f' |4 a# U4 |6 pEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
" q# M# n1 t/ m" ~Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
Maintain daily production records.
$ }* M: g" @$ L1 F! ^1 C$ @7 C# zPerform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
