The Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
" k5 a- ^, D. N1 v3 O9 A1 W-Job Responsibilities:
Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
5 p! R' N/ a& E- t$ ^# R) J* t- sEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
$ C% `5 h" K/ G1 {/ bProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
. W( K/ x4 f9 Z+ |* WMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
$ E8 D/ z2 Y! w, u, E! m; h8 UOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
Maintain daily production records.
Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
