Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.4 }, N& n0 ~/ _ X* E: Y; i* ]7 u
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
; _5 V4 B9 i6 V: kResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
' w' w4 y5 A( u* ]: PResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.& |7 |$ ^9 _ v6 y
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
! v E: h$ n3 rResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.& l2 c L2 U9 B/ t- ~2 z# E5 \& s
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
. e- D9 I8 R3 g3 b, Q4 PImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.% Q- a5 C" ?9 y0 A% G4 v3 t- Y9 U
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.% W$ S$ L+ Q. V, h5 \
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
