Job Description
) M9 O! S0 {9 H) M$ \Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.+ S! T. c4 B x' [
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.* F- [* k% ~# h2 S
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
7 C' [4 ?# M7 h+ f V' H! Q1 eResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
2 v1 r. P3 d( N7 K# L8 B2 g* s7 v( qResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
' X G- I1 D& T! I- a% nResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
4 [5 ^$ h( [4 t" o& E+ ~Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.3 q/ X# z2 L7 n$ y8 Z& S4 ~
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.8 m7 X3 P$ B8 f2 m/ y$ I
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.4 |2 q& m% r3 N& v& T# U
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
