CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

% m2 {# H! w: @  |Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
# G  y) u. Q& a# H$ [! j7 Z7 P•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
$ R, \% o0 z8 L•        Ensure timely bank payments
# R6 g3 {& h- H# G•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
+ l8 }: R8 g: J8 S3 [0 E•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
1 L& A0 C' v1 \4 U1 D! @•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
$ {; K7 p; L5 k0 a  s0 E•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8 |$ i5 g( M5 R* g5 H$ h•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

/ u# i# B& w& S  x. J/ ^% r# l6 [Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
