CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

3 o4 e3 ^6 l1 SResponsibilities:
( e$ ~+ _+ t2 K•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
0 k2 X% `# |) |0 |) B•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
% y; n( m# T  ^7 T4 D: r•        Ensure timely bank payments
1 S4 F/ v  R. L•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
' J% f# O* s/ q) n3 p
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
1 [* L9 v- F4 m" x6 x•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
4 D  F- P5 A, ^, l) K& e•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
% `* x* q# X( r6 ?1 t•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
# t/ m; Q& N; }8 K4 _) O* A: C•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
