CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

% e$ b+ H: z/ K- jResponsibilities:
" N3 z) F% ~. X4 u8 L1 H•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
$ f# m9 J0 O% v. f5 e•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
, J% }+ l! g: e3 f•        Comply with financial policies and regulations

Accountant Requirements:
- ]1 z' V3 B; v6 }
1 I7 E# \! S' s$ [0 M/ M•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
1 u8 Y1 y- P; `, ?•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- r. c; v# o, B  e5 n* n•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
. k" `. b# y* \4 n4 }•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* I5 r7 s) j1 k4 ]7 h( Z0 c6 g* ^•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
