CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

•        Manage all accounting transactions
0 b( R8 C& K! U9 J7 d5 j•        Publish financial statements in time
* y' j  A) n2 e; o•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
, Y1 D! I! n. m1 [8 z•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
# G; I. R- z0 ]3 A' f% ^8 d3 g( \•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
/ V' h1 F  U' C, [' n! o
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
+ ~: ?! a0 z! _' Q) {  O•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
1 e8 m( O4 ~! D" {  h: K2 u•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
" }* @# i' G2 v# p0 S•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9 `  `# z. x6 X  A6 l2 q* r•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
) `9 d( i4 N5 u2 O7 M- C/ M•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
