CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
( v6 L- X9 }7 Y4 t6 o0 m4 r1 h• Manage all accounting transactions
6 W- P" W1 G3 m• Publish financial statements in time
; C% h# a E. f) N• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings: C! j2 c% |: y. c" \
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
# U" j* V* y: g! n: x6 E! q• Ensure timely bank payments
5 R, E8 F' m- z• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
1 X& |2 m0 _0 ]1 }0 P1 _- |• Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.# y; Y2 L) c- ^' Z
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:. ~7 F( X7 @) L4 z/ V( w2 }
o! g% I- a' V5 V; q
• bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).( r" v2 D* w. R+ H# Q) B
• Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
1 H, Y: B" h8 z: E% T: Z# s• 2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset) f& q: O& X; t: j- j3 x
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
( f* \3 Q' s& B! W' l* p& d# e% I& p• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.8 s& r2 N/ x* f( B6 H; R
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.8 V3 d- Q2 [( Z8 V0 S# @; K
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
