9 t! Q. Q  T. n" q% E. z" zThis position is an important role in the company where the successful candidate will lead the strategic sourcing of all required products and services.

The procurement officer is responsible for:
-        Identifying and serving the needs of each business department
; T6 j) D4 Y, X5 W0 g' _-        Sourcing and evaluating local, national or international suppliers
-        Negotiating terms, conditions and contracts
-        Building and managing supplier relationships
-        Performing cost savings and profit margin analyses
+ f0 R% N+ v" H1 s- G* w
Requirements:
1 M8 L& O+ B) Z" E# k9 `8 M- Sound research skills
5 m# `2 a: P/ ?0 Z- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Cycle counting and adjusting experience preferred  
* t  X* d! q7 s0 q- Experience with mechanical parts, welding materials, PPE and consumables for the construction industry is an asset
0 q  V  |% ?, N% Z- Experience with Inventory control is an asset
