This position is an important role in the company where the successful candidate will lead the strategic sourcing of all required products and services.

- Identifying and serving the needs of each business department |- C' U. F8 |( Y- m; I
- Sourcing and evaluating local, national or international suppliers
4 o9 O& |, y; \+ D- Negotiating terms, conditions and contracts
U! F, O4 v5 i/ M6 P+ S, @- Building and managing supplier relationships
- X8 K- R& V- `2 p9 Y- Performing cost savings and profit margin analyses5 F. B0 j0 S! [& w3 N" ?

Requirements: $ |+ W5 B0 Q- ^5 L6 b
- Sound research skills l; W' D I) A! Y) ?6 z
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
3 m$ t0 `$ e! C' O1 k- Strong organization and time management skills + g5 F1 H- l* A$ r
- Friendly and outgoing personality ) O3 e) }$ v% y) a" `* E3 w
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook ( n) ^0 h3 F8 J
- Cycle counting and adjusting experience preferred
, W, j5 r f6 W' V% x- c. l- Experience with mechanical parts, welding materials, PPE and consumables for the construction industry is an asset & {: s6 P. t8 {
- Experience with Inventory control is an asset
