CAC is seeking for a full-time procurement officer to join our team.

2 L6 r) O5 T* ]This position is an important role in the company where the successful candidate will lead the strategic sourcing of all required products and services.

The procurement officer is responsible for:
-        Identifying and serving the needs of each business department
-        Sourcing and evaluating local, national or international suppliers
-        Negotiating terms, conditions and contracts
; d3 Z7 J: @: z5 _& z: m$ {-        Building and managing supplier relationships
-        Performing cost savings and profit margin analyses

$ ?: J: A$ k3 V" |2 o6 }* VRequirements:
) a8 Q# c2 o* B+ r; w- Sound research skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
2 Z: d( e2 S6 r- Strong organization and time management skills
. j, E; G+ P( y; n- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
) _& A8 k" v* G1 V+ {- Cycle counting and adjusting experience preferred  
- Experience with mechanical parts, welding materials, PPE and consumables for the construction industry is an asset
- Experience with Inventory control is an asset
