Job Responsibilities:

; s# f3 r, ^8 Q, U• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
" @3 E9 Q* n$ l! T% B. `$ o• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
- h3 x+ C. _" Q8 J1 n) u8 }• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

• Proven strong sales and customer service
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
+ ?7 Y0 E0 ]' v4 p" L• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
3 @2 t; f# [/ |• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
+ V" l5 n; h1 j• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
! {1 L( P. p# y' ~• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
! O* d* ?/ V2 K3 m• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
