# O; p& \% N7 G+ T+ i• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
2 H, i1 Y& l4 u/ H• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

• Proven strong sales and customer service
$ C  N- a6 `4 f' w% w  O# b* U• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
- W9 [+ r2 z) O# ~* ?• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
* e( G# D/ V* C1 Q( u# j• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
% G  G$ T' O: h• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
2 J& X* c$ V2 s• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.

• Previous customer service experience
6 u9 J& _3 b* p/ Q& @$ B- b• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
