Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
% r# R6 a7 K4 f4 Y! j• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
8 z( e8 J5 @$ k/ @+ U1 [- p• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
  C; K4 b1 T! m& X5 v8 f  x• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

• Proven strong sales and customer service
% A# b6 O3 P. T5 w; ]8 c• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
8 [4 O: t. q, p9 Q7 z9 C• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
# @& F$ b/ Z, i, K$ C5 l2 x• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
( h, d; w: P$ h  _$ B• Previous customer service experience
6 Z6 R3 i2 N9 W6 D& r• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
