• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
+ I" |9 o! ^0 w$ K3 S$ w: n• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
. {5 j7 f4 t) K; d: F• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
9 n* a0 Y/ {7 r$ l• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

• Proven strong sales and customer service
" Y8 A; y9 [2 v* h4 M4 G• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
. L+ {: h2 a# ]- W• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
( G$ Z! o4 G# Z& [' G: ^• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
/ o( D. |5 q& U- ?6 E• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated

! @3 t! r8 b* \ • Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
" b9 P+ W6 {$ B9 {  V1 t2 @• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
