A very short walk to campus, LRT, busses, grocery stores, Whyte Ave and the river valley. Located in Garneau Towers with huge windows; very bright and open. Hardwood floors, non-smoking, pet friendly & recently renovated. Rent is $655/month, including heat & water, and $125 damage deposit. Flexible 6 month lease with options to extend it. Shared areas are furnished & the room is unfurnished. Perfect for graduate students or working professionals. LGBTQ+ friendly. Must have very strong English skills.
