Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
6 @2 b& Y, |* R0 K- Secondary school graduate
4 T% f" k7 @- V- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
4 J$ s3 s2 ^: b- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
+ n# n& v1 B( P4 F8 Q) z- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
9 R' t5 d$ B. M- Professional appearance and attitude.
" u" A3 C, `5 [- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
