Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
# U; ^- A# p1 a) g$ B  |- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
/ J8 S! J' W) c- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
* u5 c  }4 v( e  q$ b- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
# p$ T2 @; _! p9 _# C- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
; w( W8 k. T( ]2 b  c0 t$ f& K- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
& q5 G! ~# G: Y) I8 r- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
