Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
; f' r/ L% Y$ V! d/ Y& C' n- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
/ V" |7 M+ @2 r5 k- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
; j( P+ C2 W% z' f  V/ {5 h- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.

- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
