Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
7 C8 Q2 G+ i% Q- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
& O9 W7 }1 c2 Z1 H- Team player and development minded.
6 l9 k3 n6 `& I% k* S6 f% A- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
1 ]7 E+ m' O6 n! Y  \- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
' U- E" I" M1 v% B1 B: ?5 w- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
/ P2 G- P" H* O" H  `- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
) _6 V" T0 m: r9 `- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
9 y" {8 C/ T: j8 G0 h- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
