-Completion of a post-secondary education

-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
; m+ C7 r" e! q M* K/ j j-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public4 d/ f) R8 r' I. i
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets* |2 P5 }3 f; y: f" e) q
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.: ^8 {+ ] P5 w* g c
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy1 [3 O" j9 f: q: H( T
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
