& `+ T8 k7 s' |5 q-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
9 y( U5 d! l% {( Z8 L3 @& [9 ]8 I-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
; S: S- _2 F. J- h-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
) V- R! ~0 e# x" a' k" r0 N-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
' z$ M4 |0 O. q& |-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
; o; l2 [9 L2 M' S* F-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
/ \$ k, K7 b- x- c$ p' T-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
- T# v  }6 D7 \  I-Fluent in English and Cantonese
+ t# e" r, u( A; N- @) r-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
