-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC

-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
, L+ d U" H4 e# }# s- R- {-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets; |' `+ d8 v* ~6 G8 J2 R
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.* c: a/ ^+ ?( ?0 I# m! @" d
