2 N; j( o5 X+ H6 o& N. IKnowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- I8 V: e) u. X-Completion of a post-secondary education
. F% [8 F4 w& J3 N1 F-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
* Z  `# a: W4 c: h( `! q. y-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
3 B5 \% l- V7 _5 u7 p+ }-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
% B" ~5 h4 g7 K# C2 E: o) U! V. [-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
9 b  y6 B- L0 i$ T7 i' v( l+ E-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
3 H7 P/ X9 |0 L' }4 E! t1 M) k3 r' k-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
