1 E1 Y/ G5 e2 p8 A; W; q: x* r5 s' TPLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.
* V( P& B" Z/ i e6 S9 h+ q J* BConfiguration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.
6 _- S/ Q5 M, u) U! JRead and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.
3 e' `; O/ K: n* mCollaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.: ]1 X8 d( c2 J& g+ X j
Interpret and follow contract and customer specifications9 a+ ^( j- F& I) z/ ?8 y
Contribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind.9 |+ k0 ~/ @( V% z- t8 A, t
Manage budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in timely manner.
: J' s* m0 z5 m9 M& bLead/coordinate/guide other automation programming resources for projects as needed
+ i8 {! s) }' k2 t bCommunicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences s: L% I- Q) V
Provide timely support for field service teams during commissioning, trouble-shooting, and issue resolution7 Q! S' `$ E; i6 P6 n2 @
Work with 3rd-party system integrators to coordinate plant design and operation as needed) x* ^/ ~% p4 k+ }) `; ]
Establish, maintain, implement and follow standard practices for programming.
' q0 M4 B8 A1 dExecute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)
. S7 c* Z+ h, v7 p. EParticipate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed: f, H& z) q) s1 V
Work with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testing( r& q2 J' z* B/ B: p5 l
Lead internal initiatives aimed at improving the automation team and greater business and independently drive to closure* ~: { ]# Y0 p; {
Occasional domestic travel (~15%) for client meetings or customer site visits./ b" o2 j/ I8 @: o r9 a" A N; \

Qualifications/Requirements:

4 F( v1 z8 d( t* N( B, G: |Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College, k1 m# Y# f2 S
Two to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.
1 F1 A2 R+ a' v. Y$ L+ RAutomation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)2 @6 b/ T7 n3 a0 D
Experience interpreting process control documents.$ E* a! d6 N: v) M
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities
9 t1 F8 X4 E) g3 _& x/ `' ]Proven ability to follow set of procedures and standards, and extrapolate new concepts from established standards
! Q) W( z) w4 KKnowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies( D. s; B u J2 K- |
Valid passport and driver's license.

Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process: Understand biological processes, disinfection, BOD, coagulation, etc.
' w6 K& T! P- } }2 |+ _Mechanical experience particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.)2 C, c. C' f+ c# `) c
Electrical experience particularly with electrical panels and water treatment equipment5 u- J& Z: _! l8 V
Ability to operate under pressure on tight timelines while producing detailed and accurate documents2 b4 [) Q: I) z
Ability to quickly shift focus from one technical issue to another while maintaining commitment to accuracy and precision, v7 x9 ^$ A+ R; c9 }4 _
Ability to schedule, prioritize and manage numerous projects simultaneously- o L# C& K/ U
