Job Duties:

- Order Acknowledge by email+ l; D$ ?2 P( |, A! {+ I
- Order Checking according to guideline0 v+ ~/ T+ k/ R& p9 e9 y6 c1 V
- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner. U! h: q! `% o0 e) }  G
- Charge Credit Card to approve payment
6 U- z4 X2 N" m* J+ i3 r- Send orders to warehouse to process1 |7 C! d. N, t. }0 X
- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage2 F; t* u( E, @& Z% F
- Follow up and report about order status
) [* K. K- ~& d- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
6 E' W8 ^# i$ @: P- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
7 i. i+ R" I0 z, [8 O- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently
% Q  I$ g7 T  G- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.$ ?7 y$ x" \$ Y; m1 k" k4 `& i
- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal: W* r* x% x( W4 Q# H' K0 s
- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters + q' W$ y! u9 G2 K' T& M( b7 w( x
- Point of contact with Factory in China
4 I$ V/ U# f0 t( j6 B  r2 O- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
# v4 a9 g! ?8 L7 l, e" y, O9 k- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage/ z; N: {  j4 [8 ?
- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative
4 K6 j% B5 Q) N8 f- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.
1 O/ l# s$ ^, t( v- `1 h8 b- EDI accounts related work and others as required 9 N8 `5 ~, V/ w% X8 e* S4 Q  m/ ~

II.        Logistic:
+ I3 r" o/ |: r) ~4 b" K6 U; N1 q/ A0 n' H0 k" @9 [$ v
- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.: k1 @# K4 K' l! P* v- A3 i
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures. H, d. {* H) y
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures./ X) p! J0 n8 {
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.0 Z$ C' R+ j* n& E9 l
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.+ j! ?9 K+ |! o- {/ _
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
1 C- u4 g0 q8 R% b* I' I- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.5 ?: A3 y: u7 ]* Y3 Q. {- A
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.& J  p& e( C# l9 \$ ?9 N# y% _  y
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
0 h( Z7 F+ W3 q( f- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.
% C" W1 O( o- ^  m& ]- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.0 J2 D- b+ o4 e7 ?: O' _

- Customer Service and other duties as required.
