- Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

Job Duties:

- Check order Accuracy in time manner. y; u  a- R# D+ i* C
- Order Acknowledge by email

& G& _* U0 b: U$ ^$ z. j- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner; X) H. V: P$ A
- Charge Credit Card to approve payment
- K4 i- U0 l5 o1 L' @$ Q% C( j9 ]7 C- Send orders to warehouse to process$ c( f& q4 v, X
- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage3 e: h: X, N# w1 s
- Follow up and report about order status2 Z# C* ], S! y5 p7 U, k- j
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.% O3 u; g5 w! S4 V  ~$ A$ G
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
+ e8 r' w0 H3 J# u- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently, F6 {& c8 t4 P; f' a
- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.0 K' Q! z0 g, i% v: m9 M
- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
; [2 _( K" P3 z# _) w/ l5 X- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters & y0 B' V" A" T
- Point of contact with Factory in China 5 I6 X) D  Z! b1 N1 c5 v( S5 J7 u
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
3 h. w9 G! q" t+ _5 @4 l: e  E- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage, }$ ~- K6 I* }2 B7 r  e: N8 a
- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative
3 C3 R: s( m" [. n# Y- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. 7 C# ^+ i/ H" G  |3 ]0 M$ h, ?
- EDI accounts related work and others as required 5 o  [: D. Q" u/ X7 z* m% D

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
5 Z+ I9 K3 {: X6 l! T& ^4 W- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures' I4 r1 [* `' Y! e9 P
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
( ^# z9 E. P4 V- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
. T" e1 r/ `0 o6 n3 \5 G( \- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.8 Q: j, F1 @3 G9 r1 m: L7 ~& \
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
1 o" _- ^5 h3 n. g. M! N3 m- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
# V+ l- A# M7 Q" R- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
* I4 i5 t- v& H3 `: h$ k- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.9 ^6 f- T9 g' [, h
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.

- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required3 Q; ^) S# k# _6 t* j

- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts, B, y# |3 l7 @. ~6 B( g* _
- Update system with Shipping information at order level : F: O* ^/ b- K
- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
