4 medium potatoes cut into about 2 to 4 pieces (peel or unpeeled, based on your taste)

3 or 4 table spoon butter or margarine( y4 v' m" @7 e& L* _+ d
A little salt
A2 [& Z. s4 J/ IIf you like you can use more ingredients such as bacon, onion/green onion/chives, ransh salad dressing or sour cream* T1 \; W5 ]0 P9 r- P
& P* z) S1 k$ y+ qDIRECTIONS:
1 \5 f' K, U- E& `- x- P: {0 u. S( d# i+ j0 S) _# B
Place potatoes and salt into a large pot filled with enough water to cover the potatoes. & L7 c6 P( o3 O0 _
Bring to a boil, and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. * y$ o' v) y4 f1 T% F5 K4 S
Drain the water, mix in butter and mash/beat with mixer. ' z9 v" C3 }# w, l' C; U3 M/ }5 M" n
While mixing, add milk to get desired creamy consistency. # `4 w" n( h5 L# D8 e; q4 ~
Crumble in the cooked diced bacon or other ingredients you prefer, to taste. |
